Chest Pains/Shortness of Breath

If you feel short of breath after a light activity then this could be an early symptom of heart or lung problem. Other symptoms of this problem include nausea, lightheadedness and, chest pain or discomfort.

Breast Lumps

Not all breast lumps are cancerous. But if you are experiencing any lumps in your breast or any changes to it then you must immediately consult your health expert. Some of the symptoms include skin puckering or dimpling, scaling of breast skin or nipple or nipples turning inward.

Abdominal Bloating

This is a common menstrual problem or it could also be caused due to some food sensitivity. However, if it lasts for more than a week then you should get it checked. It could be an early sign of ovarian cancer. Other symptoms for ovarian cancer are lack of energy, frequent urination or feeling full quickly after eating little.

Pain/Changes Bowel Movements

Symptoms of changes in bowel movements could be prolonged constipation, unexplained and frequent urge to have a bowel movement, bloody diarrhea or severe diarrhea for two days or more. If you are experiencing these symptoms then it could be due to digestive disorders like IBS or irritable bowel syndrome. Or if you feel full by eating very little then this could be a warning sign of pancreatic or ovarian cancer.

Acute Fatigue

If you are experiencing muscle weakness, constipation, depression, pale dry skin or increased cold sensitivity then this could be a sign of acute fatigue. Reasons for chronic fatigue could be diabetes, cancer, thyroid disease, liver failure, cardiovascular disease, and kidney failure to name a few.

Change in the Appearance of a Mole

If you notice any change in the appearance of a mole then this could be a sign of skin cancer. It is important to keep a watch on dangerous moles as it could lead to melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer. So, if you have a mole that bleeds, becomes painful, tender or itch then you should immediately go see your doctor.
